We start and end the day with yoga in the beautiful old barn. To complete your wellness experience, we also offer saunas and ice baths. These therapies combine heat and cold to strengthen your body, improve your blood circulation and promote mental clarity.

On March 21, 2026 at 18:00 you can look forward to an evening of **true West Jutland charm, folk humor and musical joy** when **TØRFISK** guests Lønstrup Strandhotel!

For more than 40 years, TØRFISK has provided the soundtrack to West Jutland — and they are still among Denmark's most loved folk bands. With songs like “* (M) Duck Hunt” *, * “A Shoal of Songs*” and plenty of familiar classics, you'll get a concert filled with **energy, laughs and community**.

The band is known for their **Irish-inspired folk music**, lukewarm heist stories and audience-friendly style — always delivered with twinkle in the eye and a hearty sprinkle of West Jutland self-irony. Audiences can safely expect a night when both **new hits and old favorites** get air under the wings.

You'll get salt in your hair, sand between your toes should you dare to leave your boots in the mare's straw and maybe a splash of rain on your nose as you move out into the countryside. It messes up the system and reminds you that the body is made for more than office chairs and mobile screens. Yes, you can of course retire to your room, find peace in one of the dunes with a book and a cup of tea or maybe go to the gallery that Lønstrup also abounds in — a holiday town that lives all year round.
