Join us for the ultimate night of self-indulgence when, in collaboration with Lønstrup Strandhotel, I invite you to a sensual evening focused on YOU.
We start with 75 minutes of gentle yoga and meditation in the beautiful old barn, followed by a delicious tapas dish.
After the meal, the new outdoor spa area with Vildmarksbad, Saunagus with aromatherapy and ice bath will be opened in two teams.
Ultimate wellness with sauna agus and ice bath
To complete your wellness experience, we also offer saunas and ice baths. These therapies combine heat and cold to strengthen your body, improve your blood circulation, and promote mental clarity.
Holistic sauna evening at Lønstrup Strandhotel consists of 2 rounds of sauna, the possibility of ice baths between each gas, and ending in our outdoor hot tub.
Look forward to aromatherapy with different scents and carefully selected music.
