A wonderful weekend awaits with wild nature, wild spa experiences and wonderful food.
The retreat is created to allow you to nurture both your body and your mind, so you can go home with renewed energy and tranquility.
I have chosen the beautiful location at Lønstrup town on the North Sea, in the wild nature. So look forward to wind in the hair, saltwater splashes, and raw beauty.
There are views of Rubjerg knot lighthouse, 400 meters to the sea (Stairs) and lovely walking routes.
Lønstrup is a seaside resort with its very own charm, many handicraft shops, workshops, galleries, and the possibility of shopping in all price ranges.

Programmes
**Thursday: **
Check-in is between 14:00-15:00.
We gather at 15:30 for coffee and a little sweet so we can just introduce ourselves.
from 16:30 to 18:00 there is Yinyoga, followed by dinner.
8pm Evening session with Yin for the night.
**Friday: **
7:15-7:30 Lemon in water
7:30-8:00 Morning Yin, then breakfast.
10:30-12:00 Hatha Yoga, we go
slowly through the whole body joint by joint (Shoulders) ❤
13:00 lunch and then leisure
We meet at 4pm for Yin, with subsequent sound healing.
Dinner
8pm Yin to the night
**Saturday: **
7:15-7:30 Lemon in water
7:30-8:00 Morning Yin
Then breakfast.
10:30-12:00 Hatha Yoga, we go
slowly through the whole body joint by joint (Hips) ❤
13:00 lunch and then leisure
We meet at 16:00 to Yin,
with subsequent Saunagus
Dinner
8pm Yin to the night
**Sunday: **
7:15-7:30 Lemon in water
7:30 -- 8:00 Morning Yin
breakfast and check out.
Yin yoga 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
And then time for parting, and on reunion!

To reserve, you pay a registration fee of DKK 500.00 (600.00 for single room).
